
Dr. Rhona Marie Caingles-Noquiao

A distinguished nurse educator and researcher specializing in gerontological nursing. She holds a Doctor of Science in Nursing major in Gerontological Nursing from Cebu Normal University and a Master of Arts in Nursing major in Medical-Surgical Nursing from Holy Name University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
