He serves as an Assistant Professor 4 at Cebu Normal University, where he is the Focal Person for the CNAHS Disaster Risk Reduction and Public Service Continuity Unit. Beyond academia, he is a Board of Trustee and Training Officer for the Base Camp Emergency Response Team, Incorporated.

He is a Stop the Bleed Ambassador and a licensed Stop the Bleed Training Provider/Instructor, actively equipping communities with lifesaving skills. Additionally, he is a proud member of The Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care, contributing to advancements in tactical and emergency medical practices
