Finished his Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Science at Cebu Normal University (CNU). He earned his Master of Arts in Education (MAED) in Social Studies and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education (Ph.D.) major in Research and Evaluation at the same university. He has been a Master Teacher I of the Department of Education, Division of Cebu City, a module writer in Practical Research 2 and Teacher’s Learning Guide. He is just currently an Assistant Professor I and research external and internal panelist and advisers of thesis and dissertation at CNU, and a resident panelist at the University of San Carlos of Senior High School- South Campus. He co-authored educational research books published by Book of Life Publication, GRIN Publishing, and A2Z Edu Learning Hub LLP. He was a grantee of the Basic Education Research Fund (BERF) 2020. A multi-awardee in the field of educational research. He has published in various refereed peer-reviewed journals. He has been invited several times as a resource speaker during In-Service Training, Learning Action Cell sessions, and National Training on Pedagogical Approaches for the New Normal organized by Magister Servus.
